POLICY ON RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Products can only be returned and refunded within the first 7 days of arrival for damaged or incorrect products, as long as the product has not been used. 

To initiate the return, contact the customer office at info@loretswiss.ch, sending a photo of the incorrect or damaged product and leaving contact information. The product exchange or refund will arrive within 30 days of receipt of the defective goods at the headquarters of AS UNITS sagl via Carlo Pasta 9a 6850 Mendrisio CH Switzerland.
